Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-07-27 · Trading name: Nexorare

This public marketing website is operated by a sole proprietor under the trading name Nexorare. We aim to make it usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement describes our approach for the public marketing site.

We design and build with semantic HTML, keyboard access, visible focus styles, colour contrast targets and responsive layouts. Accessibility work continues as the site evolves.

What we already implement

  • Semantic landmarks, headings and labelled form controls on primary journeys
  • Keyboard reachability for main navigation, forms and dialogs
  • Skip-to-content and focus-visible treatment consistent with the design system
  • Automated axe checks in the quality gate for critical routes
  • Consent controls that do not rely on colour alone

Standards we target

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices for the public pages where feasible. This is a working commitment, not a formal certification or third-party audit claim.

Known limitations

Some third-party or environment-specific content (for example future embeds) may not yet meet the same standard. Complex project work delivered for clients is governed by each project agreement, not by this marketing-site statement.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, email info@nexorare.com with the page URL, a short description of the problem and your preferred contact method. We will review reports and respond when we can.

Enforcement and review

This statement is maintained by Nexorare (sole proprietorship) and should be reviewed whenever major site features change. It is informational and does not replace counsel advice for regulated accessibility obligations that may apply in specific contexts.
