Pricing

Honest guidance, scoped to your project

Project pricing at Nexorare depends on scope, complexity and requirements. We do not sell one-size-fits-all packages or publish fixed prices before discovery. The sections below explain how we think about cost so you can plan with clearer expectations.

Any figures or ranges on this page are indicative and non-binding. Final investment is confirmed only after we understand your goals, constraints and preferred approach. We never guarantee a final price or delivery date before discovery.

What influences pricing

Cost reflects the real work required, not a menu of fixed packages. Common factors include:

  • Scope — number of pages, features, integrations and environments
  • Complexity — custom logic, permissions, data models and third-party systems
  • Content and assets — whether copy, imagery and brand materials are ready
  • Design depth — template adaptation versus a tailored design system
  • Accessibility, performance and SEO expectations beyond a baseline
  • Timeline pressure and phased delivery preferences
  • Maintenance or support needs after launch

What is normally included

Exact inclusions are confirmed in your proposal. A typical engagement often covers some combination of:

  • Discovery and requirements clarification
  • Agreed design and build work for the scoped deliverables
  • Responsive implementation for common devices
  • Basic SEO setup appropriate to the project type
  • Launch support for the agreed go-live checklist
  • Handover of credentials and documentation relevant to the delivery

What may increase scope or cost

Change is normal. These items commonly expand investment when added mid-project:

  • New pages, languages or markets not in the original brief
  • Additional integrations, payment flows or admin tooling
  • Substantial redesign after approved designs
  • Content creation, photography or copywriting beyond agreed limits
  • Rush timelines that require compressed delivery windows
  • Advanced accessibility, compliance or security requirements beyond the baseline scope
  • Ongoing maintenance that was not included in the build proposal

Payment and project phases

We usually structure work in clear phases — for example discovery, design, build and launch — so progress and payments stay aligned with agreed milestones.

Payment schedules are confirmed in writing for each project. We do not list third-party payment providers here; the methods available for your engagement will be stated in your proposal or invoice instructions.

Until both sides agree the scope and commercial terms, any earlier discussion of investment remains indicative only.

Maintenance and ongoing support

Maintenance is optional unless you choose a care arrangement. Launch of a project does not automatically include ongoing support.

When agreed, care plans can cover updates, backups, monitoring, content changes and small improvements. Larger enhancements are scoped separately.

Support expectations — including response windows — are defined only in the care agreement you approve. We do not promise a universal SLA on this page.
