1. Scope
This page is an informational outline of how Nexorare, operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen), typically provides digital services (websites, design, software and related consulting). It is not a binding master services agreement. Project-specific deliverables, fees and legal terms are defined in individual proposals or contracts after discovery.
2. Services
Deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing before billable work begins. Estimates may change if scope changes. Submitting a contact or quote form does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely content, feedback and access required to complete the work. Delays in client inputs may affect schedules.
4. Intellectual property
Usage rights for final deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries and methodologies remain with their respective owners unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Liability and governing law
Liability limitations, warranties, jurisdiction and governing-law clauses are reserved for counsel-approved contracts . This page intentionally does not invent those terms.
